Terms of Service

1. Service Description

LinkCard provides a platform to create, customize, and publish digital business card profiles. Each account includes one profile with a unique public URL, QR code, and downloadable vCard.

2. Account Registration

• You may sign in using Google OAuth or email/password.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your profile.
• One profile is allowed per account.

3. Free Trial & Pricing

LinkCard offers a 3-month free trial for publishing your profile. After the trial period, we may introduce paid plans. You will be notified in advance of any pricing changes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LinkCard to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Distribute spam, malware, or phishing links.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (name, photos, bio, etc.). By publishing a profile, you grant LinkCard a license to display that content publicly at your profile URL.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish. We do not review or endorse user-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

The LinkCard name, logo, design, and code are the property of LinkCard. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.

7. Availability & Warranties

LinkCard is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkCard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

You may stop using LinkCard at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your profile will be unpublished and your data may be deleted after 30 days.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
